I have been meaning to write this review for some time, but was waiting to receive final approvals from the City for our project. We have now received our completion certificate, our Heritage Revitalization Agreement has been completed, and our building permit has been closed thanks to Andrey and the diligent and hardworking crew at Scully Siding. After having been quoted over 50K to finish the exterior of our house on a project that had already doubled in cost, we were forced to dismiss the contractors we had hired to complete the job. We were fortunate enough to be able to find Scully Siding - in a few short days in March of this year, Andrey and his team were able to complete the work demanded by the Heritage Professional and the City - AND they replaced all of the cedar siding at the front of the house for less than 20% of what we had been quoted by our original contractors. We are exceptionally grateful. After the City Heritage specialist inspected the work, no deficiencies were noted, and the project was signed off after five years. When we ran into issues with the company we hired, Dmitry came right away, gave us great information and even provided us with a contact for someone to help us with rot repair instead of working as the middle man and increasing the cost.
